     - Preliminary Inspection: Measure the figures and record to compare with the original sizes. Check pressure with hydraulic equipment, check inside and out for cracks.

     - Premachining and Welding: Eliminate cracks. If any part is damaged too badly, it should be replaced with a material compatible with the original base material to ensure heat transfer. Semi-automatic welding of grooves, vertices, diameters.

     - Heat Treatment and Finishing: Each piston is heat treated before and after welding. The piston surface is finished to the manufacturer's specifications.

     - Chrome Plating and Grinding: Chrome plated piston after completing the recondition process.

     - Final testing: Check the welds, inner and outer crack test, pressure test in accordance with specifications.
