Renew steel plate for Container Vessel

Repair items have been carried out as following:

1/ Top steel plate of WBT has broken and deformed.

It’s renewed as follow:

- Dimension: 600x600x14

- Steel plate grade to be renewal: LR AH32.

- Welding procedure: Semi- automatic welding with ceramic backing

- UT welding seam after welding.

- Vacuum test welding seam or leakage test by filling full water of the tank or any requested by Class Surveyor.

2/ Double plate (detail 10b) has broken and deformed.

It’s renewed as follow:

- Dimension: 280x248x10.

- Steel plate grade to be renewal: LR AH32.

- UT welding seam.

- PT welding seam.

3/ Double plate (detail 10a) has broken seam welding and deformed.

It’s renewed as follow:

- Dimension: 230x208x10

- Steel plate grade to be renewal: LR AH32.

- UT welding seam.

- PT welding seam.

or any requested by Class Surveyor.

4/ Double plate (rest pad of deformed.

It’s renewed as follow:

- Dimension: 180x160x14

- Steel plate grade to be renewal: LR AH32

- UT welding seam.

- PT welding seam.
