REPAIR HYDRAULIC RAM FOR HATCH COVER IN VIET NAM

Problem: Hydraulic Oil was found leak in way of Hatch Cover Cylinder No.4 Stbd during operating.

Vessel: MV KOTA BAKTI

Service Place: Hon Gai Anchorage - Quang Ninh - Viet Nam

Time to Complete: 12 hours

Countermeasure:

Take out the Piston and inspect the inside condition --> Removing the residual oil and cleaning in side ---> Replaced the Sealing --> Re-install ---> Operation Test witnessed by CO.
